After more than two decades navigating the fast-paced world of B2B strategy, commercial services, and technology integration, I’m stepping into a new chapter.

For years, my professional life has centered on a single, compelling challenge: how to scale high-performing sales organizations, de-risk complex multi-million-dollar agreements, and bridge the gap between operational solutions - whether that’s commercial services, corporate distribution networks, or enterprise SaaS - and real-world client needs. I’ve been fortunate to lead incredible teams, helping them hit their goals by focusing on execution and ironclad pipeline discipline.
But as the business landscape evolves, I’ve realized that many scaling operations do not necessarily need a permanent executive seat filled on day one. They need fractional, high-impact guidance. They need rigorous sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Gap Selling injected into their culture, clean CRM architecture, and an experienced outside perspective to help them navigate long-cycle enterprise deals without the overhead.
That’s why I’m here. To help growth-stage companies professionalize their sales motions, build predictable pipelines, and scale with velocity.

While this consulting adventure opens up a borderless playbook for companies across North America, my anchor remains firmly rooted right here at home. None of this would be possible without the ultimate support system. My wife, Amanda, our two sons, and our first born - a black lab named Huxley - are the "why" behind everything I do. They push me to be better every day.
When I’m not digging into CRM data pipelines or mapping out a client's go-to-market strategy, you’ll usually find us fully immersed in our local community here in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Whether we’re out exploring new restaurants on the water, attending any number of our sons' sporting events, or spending Sunday by the pool and firing up the Blackstone grill for dinner with friends, family is the foundation that keeps me grounded and driven.
